About Sue Hannant

Sue is the published author of Billy and Sophie go to the Beach. Sue also has published articles with International Living and various online travel blogs. Sue’s motto is ‘One life — no regrets’ and so far has been fortunate enough to have had an exciting and fulfilling life with lots of travel around the globe. Growing up in Tasmania, Australia and leaving at a young age to join the Australian Army, Sue believes this where her love of travel began. In 2014 Sue, armed with her TESOL certificate (Teaching English to Speakers of other Languages), and her husband set off for mainland China where she taught at a private kindergarten and to English Majors at the local university. After the most amazing four years Sue decided it was time to leave China, to retire and to pursue some of the other things on her bucket list such as writing and photography. She went to Sabah, on the Island of Borneo, East Malaysia.
