Technical Issues

If you’re wanting to get in touch about a technical issue you’re experiencing, we ask that you be as clear as possible about what’s not working for you so that we can assist you as efficiently as possible. This may including providing details to us about the device and browser you are using, as well as screen shots of the problem.

Starts at 60 is a platform that brings to life the voice of the over-60s online and increasingly offline too. We love hearing from our community. If you have feedback for us we ask that you keep it constructive.
