Peter Jones, a retired Great Grandfather, spent thirty years of his working life writing training programs and technical reports. Writing was done to earn a living not for pleasure.10 years ago he endured treatment for head and neck cancer and commenced an on-line ‘Cancer Journal’, which gave a daily account of his apprehensions, feelings, treatment and medical therapies. Peter found the writing cathartic, enabling him to release feelings that otherwise may have gone unsaid.Recently, he started writing a timeline of his life, and has written some poetic rhymes, that he is keen to share on Starts at 60.
