A young man who was working at a diner wasn’t the sharpest tool in the shed. One day he came running into the kitchen and yelled to the cook: “Hey! Somebody just stole your car from the parking lot!”

The cook replied: “Did you see who it was?”

The young man answered: “No, I couldn’t tell. But don’t worry, I got his licence plate number!”
