Daily Joke: A real killer of a jigsaw puzzle

A young woman, who isn’t very bright, calls her friend up in a panic. “Please come over,” she says. “I have this killer jigsaw puzzle and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get started.”

Her friend asks, “What’s the puzzle of?”

The young woman responds, “Judging by the picture on the box, it’s a rooster.”

The friend figures that she’s pretty good at puzzles, so she heads over to the young woman’s house. When the friend arrives and is let in, the young woman shows her all of the pieces spread across the table. The friend looks at the pieces, then looks at the box, deep in thought.

She turns to her friend and says, “Look, no matter what I do, I don’t think we’re going to be able to assemble this puzzle to look like that rooster.”

“Oh, how come?” came the reply.

“It doesn’t matter. Let’s just relax and have a cup of coffee. Then we can put these Cornflakes back in the box.”
