Australia Post is in the headlines again, this time for a bizarre delivery that was caught on camera.
CCTV footage has captured the hilarious moment a delivery gone wrong was caught on camera. Dubbo local Geoff Crowe took to the Australia Post Complaints Facebook page earlier this week with the footage, asking Australia Post to “please explain” what he was seeing in the footage.
In the clip, a woman believed to be from Australia Post can be seen walking up a driveway, presumably to deliver something, before making her way back to her vehicle. She gets back into the car and attempts to drive out of the cul-de-sac, before bumping into a trailer parked close by.

“She’s going to run into it, isn’t she?” a man can be heard saying on the video as he watches the footage.
As the woman attempts to turn away, the van knocks the trailer. The trailer is then seen moving and curving its way around the cul-de-sac, as the woman gets out of her van in a frantic attempt to stop it from rolling down the hill.
Things go from bad to worse when her van continues to reverse down the cul-de-sac, even though she is no longer in the car. The woman is then seen pulling the trailer back to its original spot, but not before her own van starts rolling back towards her.
“Her f****** car’s rolling,” the man says, before calling her a number of other names.
In dramatic scenes, the van can then be seen mounting the kerb, almost hitting the woman and a pole. The woman then hops back in her van and drives away, while the trailer is left blocking a driveway.
Others were quick to comment on the clip. One person wrote: “A comedy of errors.”
Another pointed the finger at the person who left the trailer parked on the street.
“The first problem was the way the trailer was parked,” they wrote. “The rest could have happened to anybody.”
A third joked: “At least they delivered the package,” while another person compared it to a scene from the iconic ‘80s series, The Gods Must Be Crazy.
A spokesperson for Australia Post told News.com.au it was investigating the incident.
The hilarious incident comes just months after a New South Wales mother caught an Australia Post driver urinating off her balcony.
In July, Catherine Skinner from the New South Wales Central Coast arrived at her front porch to find a postie relieving himself over the edge of her balcony. The delivery driver turned to her with his fly still unzipped and tried to hand over the parcel and a pen without washing his hands.

Catherine’s husband Ben revealed the shocking story on Facebook as he posted the details in the form of a complaint on the Australia Post page.
“When she opened the door, the delivery driver was urinating off our verandah and into the bushes,” he wrote. “Let’s just say they were both shocked and embarrassed. Then he tried to get her to sign for it with wee on his hands and his fly half down!!”
