Margaret Arthur

Margaret is passionate about helping people with their often difficult and emotional estate litigation matters, guardianship disputes and QCAT matters.

Margaret is a partner at CRH Law and in 2015 achieved accreditation in succession law through the Queensland law Society, making her one of only 44 accredited lawyers in Queensland who hold this specialisation.

Margaret has been named one of Queensland’s best estate litigation and estate planning lawyers. She also has a keen interest in the land and enjoys the odd yoga retreat.
