Leigh Adams

Leigh is Special Counsel with Owen Hodge Lawyers. With over 25 years’ experience, Leigh has substantial skills and expertise in succession planning, asset protection, leasing and asset finance arrangements and establishing business and corporate structures. He also has a significant focus on asset protection and personal property securities. His practice includes the litigation of business partner disputes.

Leigh served on the Business Law Committee of the Law Society of NSW for several years and as a member of the Business Law Sub-Committee, assisted in drafting the personal property securities clauses of the current NSW contract for sale for business.

Leigh is often engaged by professional bodies and interest groups to speak at various legal conferences, seminars and webinars on matters such as planning for business succession and the purchase and sale of businesses.

In his spare time Leigh enjoys hiking and sailing. He is also an avid cyclist and pianist.
