Kirrily Gould is an Exercise Physiologist from the St. John of God Hospital.
Kirrily works on the role of movement and lifestyle interventions with her patients, who are often first line responders or veterans impacted by on the job traumas and have associated mental health concerns, which can include addictions.
St John of God Health Care are specialists in the treatment of trauma for frontline workers and veterans and later this year, will be opening Australia’s first mental health Wellness Centre, as part of the Richmond hospital’s $60 million redevelopment.
Kirrily helps to reconnect people with physical activity in new ways which then creates healthy patterns that flow into their recovery.
