Ken Hay is a retired doctor who working in general practice, occupation medicine and emergency medicing. He lives in Western Australia. He left school aged 15 and started work in a bank, but loathed that and enlisted in the Royal Australian Navy at 19. Ken served nine years as a medic, paid off and was admitted to medical school at the University of Western Australia, graduating in 1975. He has two daughters. Ken is an avid caravanner, photographer and droner, writer, father, grandfather, and does a bit of gardening and pottering about in his shed in his spare time.
