Mark Latham calls for ‘White People’ to unite

Mark Latham has taken to social media again.

A Twitter account linked to former Labor leader Mark Latham has lashed out at “the Left” and called for white people and straight people to unite.

The social media account was first linked to Latham in 2015 and lay dormant until he was fired from Sky News last week.

Since then, a series of angry tweets have been sent out from the account, which uses the name Real Mark Latham.

Today, tweets from the page took aim at prime minister Malcolm Turnbull, Senator Sam Dastyari and Australia’s Race Discrimination Commissioner Timothy Soutphommasane.

Latham called Turnbull “a waste of space” and “as useful as pockets in your underpants”.

Later he went on to call out to white people to fight against racism, saying the Left had an “anti-white” agenda.

“WHITE PEOPLE must fight against the Left’s new anti-white racism: @samdastyari and his grubby mates, Abdel-Magied etc No racism of any kind!” one tweet reportedly written by Latham read.

He then took aim at Asians before calling out to gay people.

“ASIANS must fight against @timsout plan for racial quotas. If applied to selective schools, 80% of students (ASIANS) will be kicked out,” said another.

“STRAIGHT PEOPLE must fight the new militant Gay-Left, seeking to sack those who believe in God and man-woman marriage. No persecution!” read another.

Latham has never confirmed whether or not the Twitter account is his, but a Buzfeed report found it was linked to his personal email address.
