Good morning SAS’ers.  We hope your Sunday morning is a peaceful one! If you’ve finished your first cuppa and are looking for an excuse to brew another, why don’t you pop the kettle on and while you’re waiting it to boil,  download and print out these Sudoku’s from the Brain Food Factory.

Working your way through these challenges is a great way to keep your mind sharp and active whilst fending off brain diseases such as Alzheimer’s.
