“In a few weeks my husband and I are heading off on a 9 month fishing trip in northern and western areas of Australia. We have done this before and had a very enjoyable time. For that time we ate fish everyday! If you have chunks of fresh fish caught that day you don’t want to destroy the fish flavour.
I was wondering if the Starts at Sixty community could give me ideas/ recipes for cooking fish. Or even ideas/recipes to cook with the fish. We happily lived mostly on pan fried fish with all types of side dishes. Although we did have fish pizzas, fish lasagna and fish hamburgers… inspired by meat and tomato recipe ideas. When at home we rarely cook fish.
