Princess Mary is ethereal in bridal-style white midi dress

Crown Princess Mary is known for her chic outfit choices, and on Sunday evening the Australian-born royal stepped out in a beautiful white midi dress. The princess was attending the Carlsberg Foundation’s Research Prize 2021.

The mother-of-four looked elegant in the David Andersen dress, which fell just below her knees. She coordinated the outfit with a pair of white stilettos and a matching clutch. She wore her brunette locks out straight and pushed back off her face, while she coordinated with simple, silver drop-down earrings.

The Danish royal family’s official Instagram account shared several images from the event which showed Mary presenting the awards to the winners and giving a speech.

“The Carlsberg Foundation’s Research Prizes 2021 were last night awarded by Her Royal Highness the Crown Princess to professors Dorthe Berntsen and Eske Willerslev,” the caption read.

Mary’s appearance comes just a couple of week after she stepped out in a bold pink dress by Italian designer N°21 for the 2021 EliteForsk Awards — a prestigious award given by the Danish Council for independent research — at the Ministry of Education and Research in Copenhagen.

The dress in question featured bishop sleeves and a pleated drop skirt. The dress is currently on sale for $1,059, down from $1,765 online. The mother-of-four coordinated the ensemble with a pair of nude-coloured heels and simple accessories, and wore her brunette locks out in a natural style. Mary also kept her make-up relatively simple, opting for rose blush and a soft-pink glossy lip colour.
