Prince Harry is once again in the limelight, this time facing serious backlash for some off-the-cuff comments he made in an interview with online media company Fast Company, published December 6.

During the interview, the ex-Royal made several snarky claims, wherein he discussed his position as Chief Impact Officer of BetterUp, a mental health advocation service that works with businesses and individuals.

One question, asked: “Covid has accelerated a lot of trends in the workplace— like increased burnout and job resignations. How have you adapted your strategy to address these things?”

Harry’s answer has left some seething, as he seemed to encourage unhappy workers to just quit their jobs.

“A lot of the job resignations you mention aren’t all bad. In fact, it is a sign that with self-awareness comes the need for change.”

“Many people around the world have been stuck in jobs that didn’t bring them joy, and now they’re putting their mental health and happiness first. This is something to be celebrated.”

Controversial media personality Piers Morgan has responded in a very heated way, calling Harry “a total halfwit”.

Morgan isn’t the only one who’s been rattled by Harry’s comments; they’ve been taken quite hard by royal lovers and haters alike with many commenting that Harry, who resigned from his role as a Prince nearly two years ago, had no write to tell others to quit their jobs, when he doesn’t have experience “in the real world”. Some described Harry’s comments as “out of touch”.

However, not all responses were bitter, with many commenting that they agreed with Harry.
