From today, Frequent Flyer program members have the chance to gain up to 50% more of Qantas best-value points seats on international and domestic flights as millions of Classic Flight Reward seats are made available online until the end of 2022.

Qantas said Frequent Flyer members have wasted no time in snapping up flights and have already redeemed more than $2 billion points since the company shared the best travel news Australia has received since the start of the pandemic in March 2020.

Aussies have been stockpiling points earned on the ground throughout the pandemic, ready to use once travel restrictions lift, says Qantas Loyalty CEO Olivia Worth.

“We’re excited to help Australians rediscover the joy of flying,” says Wirth.  “With members keen to travel internationally and domestically, we have released more reward seats to make it easier for our frequent flyers to go on holidays and be reunited with family and friends in 2022.”
