In a world dominated by dance challenges and lip-syncing videos, TikTok has emerged as an unexpected saviour for migraine sufferers with a groundbreaking hack that promises much-needed relief from the throbbing pain that often accompanies these debilitating headaches.

A user, who goes by the handle, Andrea Eder, recently shared the simple yet effective technique that has gained widespread attention and gratitude from those suffering from migraines.

“I just learned that if you get a migraine and you want to get rid of it fast… all you got to do is get as hot water as you can handle, and soak your feet in the water,” she explained.

“When I tell you four minutes ago my eyes were shaking and I couldn’t see straight, and I was already trying to look for the bed so I could lay down and close the blinds.”

The response from the online community has been overwhelmingly positive, with users sharing their experiences and expressing gratitude for the newfound relief.

“Struggled with them for many years 30+… no medication will work. I will try this. Thank you,” one person wrote.

“Will definitely try this!! I get chronic migraines and tried so so many different things!! Hysterectomy, Botox, piercings, so so many different meds.”

“This was always my grandma’s remedy!”

“IM GONNA try this I suffer so much from migraines,” another commented.

“This just stopped my migraine, thank you ♥️! I have had them since I was a child. I wish I’d known about this years ago!”

Clever social media hacks aren’t limited to just relieving migraine pain; they’re now breaking ground in alleviating the persistent issue of back pain. Affecting one in six Australians at some point in their lives, back pain can cast a shadow on daily life, impacting sleep, mobility, and overall well-being.

In the past, bed rest and surgery were common remedies, but contemporary wisdom advocates for staying active and enhancing mobility as the best solutions. Amid the plethora of advice on tackling back pain, TikTok sensation and massage therapist, James Moore, emerges with a revolutionary quick fix that promises to banish back pain blues.

The wellness wizard shared a quick 10-second video which he guarantees will bring fast relief. And the only thing you need is a door frame.

Moore’s simple stretch involves holding onto a doorframe and positioning your ankle over the opposite knee. Then bend your supporting leg until you’ve descended into a squat, using the door frame for stability.

Moore suggests holding that position for 10 seconds and then changing legs.

“It stretches your glutes which helps reduce low back pain and increase mobility,” he told viewers.

Users were swiftly won over by the stretch’s value, with many expressing gratitude in the comments section. Some thanked Moore for his suggestion, while others enthusiastically shared the “big difference” the stretch made in alleviating their back pain.

*If you choose to embrace the migraine relief hack with open arms, tread carefully in the waters of hot therapy, and remember, a soothing remedy shouldn’t turn into a scalding surprise; exercise caution when dealing with hot water and healing hacks.
