‘Forever grateful to you’: Bruce Willis celebrated with heartwarming Father’s Day tributes
Hollywood icon Bruce Willis has been showered with an outpouring of heartfelt tributes from his adoring family, celebrating the man behind the action-packed roles as a loving father.
Both Willis’ ex-wife Demi Moore and current wife Emma Heming Willis took to Instagram for Father’s Day in the United States recently to honour the Die Hard star’s immeasurable impact as a devoted father.
In celebration, Moore shared a black-and-white photo of Willis with their three daughters, Rumer Willis, 34, Scout Willis, 31, and Tallulah Willis, 29.
“Forever grateful to you BW for giving me these three beautiful girls. We love our #girldad. Happy Father’s Day!” Moore wrote alongside the photo.

Emma Heming Willis also shared her own tribute with a photo of Willis cuddling their 11-year-old daughter Mabel.
“Father’s Day is a time I get to reflect on my deep appreciation and respect I have for Bruce as I watch him father our little ones,” she captioned the photo.
“Where it might not be “conventional,” what he’s teaching them will span generations. Unconditional love, kindness, strength, compassion, patience, generosity, resilience.
“Happy Father’s Day to the greatest dad I know, who will forever be the gift that keeps giving within our family.”

Fans of Willis were left deeply moved by the heartfelt messages for the beloved actor, many wishing Willis all the best themselves.
“Lovely family. It is precious the love and respect you show and have always shown for him. You have been and continue to be a wonderful family,” one fan wrote.

The touching messages will no doubt be treasured by Willis who is currently battling frontotemporal dementia
As per Dementia Australia, frontotemporal dementia gradually impairs the frontal or temporal lobes of the brain, leading to changes in behavior, personality, language, and motor skills.
Willis’ family previously took to social media to share the difficult news, expressing “relief to finally have a clear diagnosis”.
“As a family, we wanted to take this opportunity to thank you all for the outpouring of love and compassion for Bruce over the past ten months. Your generosity of spirit has been overwhelming, and we are tremendously grateful for it. For your kindness, and because we know you love Bruce as much as we do, we wanted to give you an update,” the statement read.
“Since we announced Bruce’s diagnosis of aphasia in spring 2022, Bruce’s condition has progressed and we now have a more specific diagnosis: frontotemporal dementia (known as FTD). Unfortunately, challenges with communication are just one symptom of the disease Bruce faces. While this is painful, it is a relief to finally have a clear diagnosis.”

Willis’ fanbase was left in a state of shock when news broke of Willis’ initial aphasia diagnosis, a condition known to disrupt one’s ability to communicate effectively.
Taking to social media on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, the renowned Hollywood icon’s family issued a collective statement, revealing that he would be “stepping away from the career that has meant so much to him” in light of the diagnosis.
