In what will no doubt come as incredible news for die-hard ABBA fans, Agnetha Fältskog has relaunched her solo career, marking her return with a new single titled Where Do We Go from Here? from her new album A+.
The single is the first new song Fältskog has released in 10 years with her new album to be released on October 13, 2023.
Fältskog took to Instagram to announce the release of the long-awaited single, revealing to fans that she was inspired to create some new music after hearing one of her songs on the radio recently.
“A couple of years ago I heard one of the songs from my last album A on the radio. I have lots of fond memories from making that album, so I couldn’t help but smile, time flies,” she began.
“Suddenly it hit me, what would the album sound like if we had made it today…? I couldn’t stop thinking about it. I reached out to the boys who produced A back in 2013 – What would you guys think about reimagining A and making a totally new version of it?’ They loved the idea! ‘Let’s try!’
“A while later I heard the first reworked song, and I must say I absolutely loved it! It sounded so fresh and modern, even better than I had imagined it!
“We named the album A+ and as a cherry on top we even recorded a brand new song! And that will be the first thing you´ll hear from me.
“Now I can’t wait to hear what you think about it! I hope you like it as much as I do!”

“Can’t describe enough how much love I have for this song already! I am sure the new reimagined A will be just as fantastic.”
“Agnetha loved being back in the studio with ABBA and it inspired her to relaunch her solo career,” a source told the publication at the time.
“She has been in regular contact for months with the team at BMG in London and they have helped develop her new sound.
“After a long time working on new music, there is finally a body of work which she loves and which is ready for release.”
Considered one of the greatest musical groups of all time, ABBA became one of the most successful acts in the history of popular music, topping the charts worldwide from 1974 to 1983. They have achieved 48 hit singles. In 2015, their song Dancing Queen was inducted into the Recording Academy’s Grammy Hall of Fame.
