Iron your clothes in half the time

Hate ironing? So do we! Better fabric technology means we’re ironing less than ever before but it seems we’ll never be entirely free of the job.

Here’s a little trick we found which could cut your ironing time in half and uses only one product, which you already have in the cupboard – aluminium foil!

First remove your ironing board cover (if it’s overdue for a wash, here’s your chance), then simply wrap the foil all over the surface of the board. Replace the cover and you’re done.

The foil reflects heat so you’re essentially ironing your clothes from both sides at once.
