Three ingredient jam drops

Jam drops are an age-old favourite biscuit treat. Here’s a super simple cheat’s recipe for you to use!

Serves 6-8.


  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • Jam to serve


  1. Combine ½ cup heavy whipping cream and 1 cup self-rising flour.
  2. Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead lightly.
  3. Roll to ¾” thickness and cut with a 2″ biscuit cutter.
  4. Bake at 180° for 12 to 15 minutes on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  5. Top with jam to serve.
  6. Enjoy!
