Pete and Gladys were looking at new living room furniture for their house. They walked into the furniture store and had a look around.
Pete turned to the salesman and sighed: “We really like it, but I don’t think we can afford it.”
The salesman replied: “You just make a small down payment, then you don’t make any other payments for six months.”
Gladys wheeled around with her hands on her hips and replied: “Who told you about us?”
