Celebrity cook Nigella Lawson doesn’t hide the fact she loves her food.
You’ve only need to see her shows to see that.
Yes, she’s had some weight fluctuations, but the 57-year-old has now discovered something that is keeping her body trim while allowing her favourite indulgences, including her favourite, roast chicken.
Appearing as the cover girl for the November issue of Good Housekeeping, that goes on sale today, Lawson revealed to them that yoga was her secret. It’s something she now does three times a week and she loves it. “Otherwise I wouldn’t do it,” Lawson admitted.
“The older I get the more I realise I have got to do lots of stretching. So even if I’m not doing yoga, I make myself do lots of stretching.’

Lawson is also promoting her latest book, At My Table: A Celebration of Home Cooking.
While some critics have called it boring because of the simple recipes, such as a ham and cheese toastie recipe, reports The Daily Star, Lawson said the book was all about getting back to basics and being easy to make.
“‘It’s not always about the recipe. I think it’s more of an enthusiasm. I didn’t even give particular amounts of what to use.”
The book release will be followed with a new show, a six-part series on BBC Two, to be shown in November.
