Single Will – $450 + GST

A single will is designed for a sole individual. It serves to document your wishes and exactly how you would like your estate to be handled once you pass away.
You don’t have to be single to use this will, however, if you are in a relationship it is best used if your wishes differ from your partner.

What’s included?:

• 45 min consultation (phone or video) with a lawyer.
• Drafting of single will.
• 1 round of changes/amendments.

Mirror Wills – $650 + GST

Mirror wills are essentially two almost identical documents that typically involve each individual within a couple leaving their estate to the other. Although it should be noted that you don’t have to be a couple to create mirror wills.

A common example of this structure, would be a husband leaving his estate to his wife, with an additional provision that the estate go to his children if she were to die first. His wife’s will would then ‘mirror’ this arrangement, leaving her estate to him, or their children if he dies first.

• Drafting of mirror wills.
• 1 round of changes/amendments.

Partner Wills (different) – $850 + GST

Partner wills are made by spouses or partners in a relationship at the same time. It is essentially a contract to which each partner is a party to. In this contract, both individuals effectively agree to not make any changes to their own wills without the consent of each other and are legally bound to this commitment.

• 2 x 45 min consultation (phone or video) with a lawyer.
• Drafting of partner wills.
• 1 round of changes/amendments.

Complex Will – Price to be quoted
