Prince Harry and Meghan will move out of Kensington Palace next year into a property gifted by the Queen in preparation for the arrival of their baby.
Kensington Palace confirmed the royal couple will be officially located at Frogmore Cottage in Windsor instead of their current residence of Nottingham Cottage.
The pair have reportedly picked their new home, over a 20-room apartment at Kensington Palace, next door to Prince William and Kate, which will become available next year as the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester move to a smaller part of the palace.

“The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will move to Frogmore Cottage on the Windsor Estate early next year as they prepare for the arrival of their first child,” Kensington Palace confirmed in a statement shared on Twitter.
“Windsor is a very special place for Their Royal Highnesses and they are grateful that their official residence will be on the estate.
“The Duke and Duchess’s office will continue to be based at Kensington Palace.”
According to reports, the cottage is currently undergoing a large refurbishment to transform it from staff accommodation to a family home.
The property has a special meaning to the soon to be parents as it is where they held their private wedding party and had their beautiful engagement photos taken.

Read more: Prince Charles teases two very Aussie baby names for Harry and Meghan
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are expected to welcome their bundle of joy to the world in the UK spring.
While the pair haven’t officially released any potential names for the bub Prince Charles joked this week that Harry and Meghan could take inspiration from their recent royal tour to Australia.
While William and Kate chose very royal names for their children, the 70-year-old hinted that his other son might go down a different path, The Mirror reports.
Speaking at a reception celebrating the centenary of Australia House in London, the Prince of Wales claimed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have quite a long list of potential names since their trip down under. And some iconic Australian names could even make it to the top.
“Incidentally ladies and gentlemen my son Harry tells me that during their recent tour of Australia, he and his wife were offered countless thoughtful suggestions for the naming of their forthcoming baby,” he told the crowd of Aussies and UK residents.
“Just between us, I suspect that Kylie and Shane may possibly make the shortlist”. Charles was of course making reference to Aussie singer Kylie Minogue and cricketer Shane Warne.
