Sharon Stone faces heartbreaking family tragedy

While many join their loved ones to celebrate Valentine’s Day this week, Sharon Stone is dealing with an unbearable loss as the actress’s younger brother, Patrick Stone, has died at the age of 57.

Representatives from the Pennsylvania coroner’s office have told TMZ that Patrick’s death was caused by a sudden cardiac arrest due to heart disease.

His passing was confirmed by his wife, Tasha Stone, who announced the devastating news on Facebook.

“My heart feels like it’s been ripped out of my chest. Patrick went to be with our sweet River around 3:30 this morning,” Tasha’s emotional and lengthy post starts.

“He gave me 3 beautiful children that he loved and adored,” she continues. “He made sure to make it a point to let me know how much he loved me and how much I meant to him… I knew the very first day that I saw him that I was going to marry him. I felt an immediate connection to him and for 20 years we drove each other absolutely crazy but we also loved each other so deeply.

“I feel lost without my best friend.”

“I wanted a lifetime with him and even though 20 years is a long time it wasn’t enough time. He was my soul mate.

“I’m not sure what life is supposed to look like without my husband by my side and quite honestly I don’t want to, but I will of course.

“Go hunting and fishing everyday. That’s where you always felt safest and closest to God. I’m not ready and I don’t want to say goodbye. I want to do this life with you. I’ll always love you,” she concluded.

Patrick’s passing comes nearly two years after the death of his son, River, who died on August 2021 due to total organ failure, he was only 11 months old.

Tasha’s loved ones were quick to leave messages of condolences and to offer her support in the comment section of her post.

“Sending love, hugs and prayers for you and all of Pat’s family. So sorry sweetie. There are no words. If you need anything reach out and I’ll be there. Hugs”

“My heart breaks for you and the entire Stone family. He will be greatly missed. I have so many fond memories with you all and esp Pat. All my love and condolences.”

“Tasha I’m so very sorry for your loss sending healing and prayers and love to you and the kids if you need anything I mean anything don’t hesitate to ask love you, Aunt Bunny.”

Older sister Sharon has also taken to social media to announce the death of her brother.

Many famous faces like Michelle Pfeiffer and Naomi Campbell have also left messages of condolences for Sharon, writing “I am so sorry for your loss” and “My condolences @sharonstone to you and your family”.
