Life hack: Stop spam emails with a simple trick

Spam emails can be some of the most annoying things ever. They seem to take over our inboxes even when we swore we didn’t sign up or we had already unsubscribed.

But there’s away to avoid them in the first place if you really want to: all you need to do is add ‘+spam’ after your username.

For example, if someone in a shopping centre asked you for your email address in order to win a competition, you could enter it into their tablet (most places do this nowadays) as ‘[email protected]’ and this will send all emails from that sender straight to spam.
