A man who had been married for 70 years was asked about the secret of such a long and apparently happy marriage.
“It’s really very simple,” he explained. “Two nights a week we take time to go out to a restaurant. A quiet dinner, soft music, some candlelight, a slow walk home.”
He paused, and then added, “She goes out on Tuesdays and I go out on Fridays”.
