I am just a great-grandmother now, having brought up a large family mostly alone, as I was widowed at just 32 yrs. of age. I started writing short stories and poetry many yrs. ago, but didn't submit any for publication. I only occasionally felt lonely, as always knew that the answer was to keep busy. I paint, walls and canvases, love gardening, shopping, lunching with friends, movies, playing loud music, also play piano....any many more things I love to do. I live in a small house in Adelaide with my cat, "Miss Loretta Lynn".
