Daily Joke: A man was lazing around the house watching TV

A man was watching TV inside while his wife was out mowing the grass on a hot summer’s day.

He finally worked up the energy to go out and ask his wife what was for dinner.

She was quite irritated about him sitting in the air conditioning all day while she did all the housework, so she scolded him. “I can’t believe you’re asking me about dinner right now! Imagine I’m out of town, go inside and figure dinner out yourself,” she said.

So he went back into the house and fixed himself a big steak, with potatoes, garlic bread and a tall glass of iced tea.

The wife finally walked back in about the time he was sitting down to eat. “You fixed something to eat?” she asked. “So where is mine?”

“Huh?” he responded. “I thought you were out of town.”
