Michelle Obama shares super-sweet Valentine’s Day message to Barack

Just when you thought the Obamas couldn’t get any cuter as a couple, they amp up the ‘awwww’ factor.

Michelle Obama used Instagram to post an adorable photo and message to her husband and “favourite island mate” for Valentine’s Day. The photo shows their feet on a beach, with Michelle’s perfectly pedicured, of course, while Obama’s are covered in sand.

The former first lady’s followers thought the message was great,  quickly clocking up 1.3 million likes.

Barack Obama and his wife have been island-hopping since they left the White House in late January, including spending time on a private resort owned by Brit billionaire Richard Branson.

But Michelle will soon be back to work. The Los Angeles Times revealed at the weekend that Obama will appear as a guest judge in the new season of Gordon Ramsey’s MasterChef Junior in the US. Meanwhile, Barack is likely already working on his book about life in charge of the world’s most powerful nation,.
