An elderly couple were in church…

An elderly couple were in church during Christmas Mass.

The service continues on for a while and the couple sit in silence listening to the priest.

Halfway through the service, the husband leans over and whispers in his wife’s ear, “I’ve just let out a silent fart. What do you think I should do?”

His wife replies, “Put a new battery in your hearing aid.”
