This single vineyard, estate grown shiraz hails from the idyllic Fleurieu Peninsula in SA. The region and this leading producer are famed for their shiraz – crafting a style that is equal parts detailed and powerful. This wine has surprising elegance for its full-bodied style, likely due to the long growing season of 2017. It’s full of blackberries and spice, and a few cedar notes from around a third of the wine seeing new oak. It’s alive and kicking and drinking very well, and we believe will do so for many years to come.
