A whiskey that has been created in celebration of Melbourne Football Club’s spectacular 2021 season, culminating in the Premiership flag.

To commemorate this achievement, we have created a whiskey that exclusively marries together casks that once held shiraz from South Australia’s famed Barossa Valley region. The result is something that is to be savoured, rich in flavour & bold in character, finishing strong, just like the Dee’s season!

TASTING NOTES
NOSE

Plenty of tobacco, demerara and cinnamon upfront, with some underlying notes of dried apricot and cacao.

TASTE

Stewed red fruits & kitchen spice, with notes of dried plums, clove & cinnamon.

FINISH

A lingering smoke, with tannin coming in the form of tobacco leaf. A sweetness that is reminiscent of dates, or dried figs, along with a hint of dark chocolate.
