Native to Tasmania, Kunzea is typically found along the coastal regions. The shrub itself can grow to approximately 5 metres high, but it is the leaves that are used in cooking. 

Dried Kunzea Leaf makes a handy cooking herb thanks to its versatility. Its interesting and uplifting flavour works well with sweet and savoury dishes. 

It’s a match-made-in-heaven for roast meats and baked veggies, adding a delicious touch to these signatures dishes. It can also be added to soups and sauces, sprinkled on salads and included in bread and pastry recipes. It also makes a great aromatic tea!
