A pale/light coloured honey that is very smooth on the palate with a light and soft floral flavour. Think creamy butterscotch.
The majestic Karri with its smooth pale bark and straight stem grows to 90 meters and is an iconic (and endemic) species of Western Australia. The combination of these trees only flowering once every 10 years and forest destruction make Karri Honey very rare and truly the jewel of the south of Western Australia.
Pure raw Western Australian honey (this honey is sourced from the Northcliffe area)
