The 1952 murder of Betty Shanks changed Brisbane forever. It remains unsolved. The first edition provided evidence that Eric Sterry, ‘the man in the brown suit’, killed Betty Shanks. The author has been denied access to the cold case files and the police will not answer any questions.
The second edition has additional 12 chapters. It includes an interview with the only living witness to seeing ‘the man in the brown suit’. It also provides further compelling evidence that substantiates the author’s claim and the steps taken to access the cold case files.
