Richard Wilkins’ girlfriend flashes skin in racy red carpet gown

She’s dating one of Australia’s favourite TV personalities and on Tuesday night, Virginia Burmeister stole the show at a star-studded event in Sydney.

As the girlfriend of Today star Richard Wilkins, Virginia has been appearing alongside her famous partner at a number of events in recent times. On Tuesday, the happy couple ventured out to Sydney’s iconic Opera House for the opening night of Evita.

While celebrities are known for debuting new looks and frocks at every red carpet event, Virginia proved she was just like the rest of us and stepped out in a stunning gown she wore last month. She made headlines in August for her daring look and didn’t disappoint this time around.

The blonde bombshell opted for a backless lass dress for her outing. Complete with a plunging neckline, Virginia showed off plenty of skin as she posed alongside a handsome Richard.

The dress, which had a vintage feel to it, also included cut out on both sides and showed off the star’s trim figure. Similar to her last red carpet appearance, the mother-of-three showed off her luscious blonde locks in a fashionable style for the event.

Meanwhile, Richard dressed to impress with a stylish suit and tie combo and beamed with happiness as he smiled for cameras alongside Virginia.

The last time the pair were photographed together was August, when they walked the red carpet for the premiere of Comets in Sydney.

They weren’t the only Aussie stars present at the opening night of Evita. The musical has already won seven Tony Awards, two Olivier Awards, six Drama Desk Awards and nine LA Drama Critics Circle Awards and stars Australian singer Tina Arena.

Ahead of the show, she also walked the red carpet in an elegant red frock. The floor-length gown turned plenty of heads and featured a fluffy cape.

It made the perfect outfit for a night at the theatre. Tina wore her hair in curls and was every inch the star.

Sunday Night host Mel Doyle also attended the event and walked the red carpet in a simple yet stylish black frock. The sleeveless number showed off the presenter’s toned arms and she accessorised the outfit with a matching black clutch purse. She wore her blonde locks in a straight style for the evening.
