Crown Princess Mary stuns in gorgeous new family photos

The Danish royals celebrated Easter and Queen Margrethe’s 77th birthday over the weekend, and the family photos that have emerged are absolutely stunning.

The celebrations took place at Marselisborg Palace in Aarhus, Denmark, with Crown Princess Mary and Crown Prince Frederik in attendance with their beautiful children Prince Christian, 11, Princess Isabella, 9, and twins Princess Josephine and Prince Vincent, 6. They were also joined by Prince Frederik’s brother Prince Joachim and his wife Princess Marie and their children Princess Athena, 5, and Prince Henrik, 7.

The royal family looked relaxed and happy as they celebrated, with the children laughing and playing as they enjoyed dancing along to a marching band, no doubt to the delight of the crowds who had gathered on the palace lawns to cheer.

Princess Mary was stylishly dressed in a navy-trimmed coat and simple jewellery, with her hair out in loose waves, while the two young princesses looked adorable in outfits of navy and grey pleated skirts, cream blouses and cardigans. Crown Prince Frederik wore a smart blue suit, while his handsome sons looked dashing in red trousers, blue jackets, and button-down shirts. 

The royal family posed together with Queen Margrethe and Prince Henrik and waved to the gathered crowds, making for some lovely family photos.
