Jane Fonda stole the show at her 80th birthday fundraiser this week – and ensured it was a night to remember for all.

The 79-year-old star showed off her incredible figure and ageless complexion in purple lace and a matching trouser suit, as she invited stars to help her raise money for teen pregnancy prevention.

The Eight Decades Of Jane fundraiser recognised her lifetime achievements both in work, and with her foundation the Georgia Campaign For Adolescent Power & Potential, focusing on teen pregnancy prevention and adolescent health.

Wearing bright pink lipstick and statement gold earrings, the actress ensured all eyes were on her throughout.

While the star turns 80 on December 21, she held the fundraiser early – and it was a huge success.

Posing with everyone from her ex husband Ted Turner to actor son Troy Garity inside, Fonda was the centre of attention on her big night.

She first created GCAPP in 1995 when Georgia had one of the highest teen birth and pregnancy rates in the country, and while it’s dramatically decreased since, she’s continued to raise millions for the cause.

Inside the bash, James Taylor, 69, and Carole King, 75, performed songs for the crowd including So Far Away and You’ve Got A Friend.

And while they couldn’t make it, Dolly Parton, Kerry Washington, Ludacris and Oprah Winfrey sent in video messages to share a toast with guests, the Mail Online reports.

It’s not the first time Fonda has wowed onlookers with her outfit choice, and while she kept it elegant and glam this time, she’s known for flashing the flesh in front of the cameras.

Meanwhile, it came as a break for the star who has been campaigning over the last few months against US President Donald Trump.

Fonda appeared in a wide-ranging interview on the BCC’s Hardtalk recently where she was asked if she is proud of her country.

No,” she replied.

“But, I’m proud of the resistance. I’m proud of the people who are turning out in unprecedented numbers and continue over and over and over again to protest what Trump is doing. I’m very proud of them, that core.
