There are lots of good causes out there, but this campaign has captured the attention of the whole world and sparked millions of selfies all in the name of a positive message.
The hashtag #ItsOkToTalk has spread like wildfire across the internet in the past few days and it’s all in the name of letting men know it’s ok to talk about their feelings.
The whole thing started when UK rugby player Luke Ambler posted a selfie encouraging his friends and teammates to start opening up about their feelings and thoughts instead of bottling it up like many men tend to do – and how many of you know a man who does that?
