Scrambled eggs are naturally a simple dish but somehow they can easily be over done or burnt. This tasty breakfast is a quick healthy morning meal that fills you up for the day. There are so many different ways to make this recipe, the most common is using a frying pan on the stove however we have a different suggestion.

Our recipe involves using a microwave rather than a frying pan. We can’t help but be biased of our method because we believe it’s the easiest way to make scrambled eggs, which leaves them fluffy and light.


  • Two eggs
  • 1/4 cup of milk or cream
  • Salt and pepper


  • Microwave safe bowl
  • Microwave
  • Whisk or fork


  1. Whisk eggs in the microwave safe bowl
  2. Add the milk or cream and salt and pepper.
  3. Whisk till combined
  4. Place in microwave for 20 to 30 seconds (depending on your microwave)
  5. Whisk the eggs every 20 to 30 seconds till the consistency is scrambled and there is no more liquid left.

    • Beri Vera.. Every time I cook he comes and watches. He knows I use it when he isn’t around. He also won’t eat garlic. I have to sneak it in before he is there. He has been like this for 47 years. Grrrr.

  3. I have a savoury palate. I always nuke scrambled eggs but I add a little all purpose seasoning and parsley to the mix and serve on toast and vegemite.

  4. Scrambled eggs cooked like this are really delicious but the container needs scrubbing. Cook two eggs in a non stick pan no scrubbing needed
