Starts at 60 are very pleased to announce our partnership with the Brain Food Factory, to bring you a fantastic weekly series of puzzles, quizzes, crosswords and other challenging brain food.
The Brain Food Factory has been creating quizzes, crosswords and other puzzles for over 15 years. Their aim is to bring brain-exercises to the masses in a fun, challenging, and interesting way.
Creator, Ric Allport, is a university graduate and former high school teacher who is passionate about the importance of maintaining the best possible brain health.
The Brain Food Factory is officially endorsed by Brain Foundation Australia and the Stroke Recovery Association of NSW. They recognise the activities provided by the Brain Food Factory as a valuable tool in keeping minds healthy and active.
Research shows that doing crosswords, quizzes and other puzzles can help to keep the brain in peak condition. The Brain Food Factory encourages people of all ages to exercise their brain, and they believe that the earlier you start, the better it is.
In a society where there is plenty of focus on exercising the body, The Brain Food Factory is determined to shine a light on the fun and importance of also exercising one of our most valuable assets, our brain.
