Wow, Kerry-Anne Kennerley has definitely upped her game when it comes to fashion. Arriving at the AACTA Awards, Kerri-Anne donned an electric blue gown with lace trims around the waist, bust, neck and skirt tiers. She chose a blue-gold combination and pulled it off with perfection. Look at those toned arms! She kept her hair down and her makeup was bronzy with natural palette giving her s healthy glow.

It’s wonderful to see Kerri-Anne look so happy. It’s been a tough year for Kerri-Anne Kennerley and her husband John after he suffered a horrific freak accident in March that left him paralysed.

Now though, the couple finally have some good news just in time for Christmas with Kerri-Anne revealing he has at last been allowed to come home.

John has been confined to the hospital since the accident, unable to walk and barely moving.

Kerri-Anne wore a delicate necklace with a small pendant which appears to be a love heart. Her dress featured lace trims, allowing some skin to peek through. Kerri-Anne complemented her glowing skin with gold accessories – a chainlink watch, a bangle, and envelope clutch.

The ordeal has understandably taken a toll on them both, but Kerri-Anne says they have remained each others pillars of strength throughout the trying time.

“Johns home 🏡 This is the day I’ve hoping and waiting waiting for since March 6th Thank you to each and everyone one of you. Forever thankful 💕” she wrote.

Only a couple of weeks ago, Kerri-Anne and John appeared on Sunday Night where she said she was struggling to deal with John’s diagnosis.

“I had this new life to be quite frank. I just hate it. It’s awful,” she said.

It was the first time John had spoken publicly about the accident, saying it had just been a normal day.

“We were just sitting on the verandah talking to a couple of women there and they as ‘Can we get a photo?’,” Kerri-Anne said.

When John went to step out of the photograph he lost his balance and fell backwards.

While it wasn’t a particularly big fall, John says “I spearheaded off the top of it… I just landed on my head and neck. There was a crack.”

The fall caused a broken neck and severely damaged his spinal cord. John was placed into an induced coma and taken to Sydney where he had emergency surgery on his spine.

Do you like Kerri-Anne’s style?

  1. Meg

Nope, don’t like her, or her ‘style’.
Still wearing the ‘see-through’ look, by the picture.
Why? Is it because her husband’s no longer by her side, for these ‘social’ occasions?

    Very interesting………………

  2. Jasmine

Sick of seeing photo’s of her on SaS site.
She’s not THAT interesting, in fact, IMHO, she’s quite boring….same sob story repeated often these days’.

Are there NO other females’ in Australia, who can be ‘on site’?

  3. OMG – I can’t believe the sour grapes comments that I am seeing here! Seems like you have hit a nerve with this good news story. 🙂 Just as well KAK has better things to think about…

  4. Irene

Considering the ordeal she has been through she looks great. Not a style of dress I like, but on her it looks good. Colour Beautiful.

  5. Deborah

I have watched Kerri-Anne Kennerley for years after first seeing her on the midday show. She can sing, dance and entertain and she can also mix it with the politicians and ask the hard questions.
I think she looks fab and you can tell she really looks after herself, let’s face it, the entertainment business is very cruel to “older” women so her talents shine through. After John’s ordeal, good luck to her.
