Want to learn from world-class professional chefs but don’t want to pay the typical expensive master class price? You’re in luck: the Fine Food Australia 2014 convention is coming to Melbourne and the sessions are completely free.

In a city already known for its love of quality food, Melbourne is about to show off its culinary know-how at a whole new level. Not only is Fine Food Australia 2014 the biggest show in the event’s history – encompassing the entire 30,000 square metres of the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre – it also has the most extensive business and education sessions ever.

The Les Toques Blanches sessions offer visitors to Fine Food Australia the opportunity to hear the latest from the leading culinary experts in their field, on such topics as seafood sustainability, the next common protein to be seen on menus, the steps to obtain a good restaurant review, senior culinary accountability, and what is involved in writing a culinary book.

This exciting program is brought to Fine Food Australia by Les Toques Blanches; “The Executive Chefs Association of Australia” with the assistance of Bulla Dairy Foods.
