Taking back the power over your lower-back pain

Apr 24, 2017

It’s a problem many of us share. Experts say that an estimated 70-90 percent of people will suffer from lower-back pain in one form or another at some point in their lives.

Doing exercises like yoga and Pilates can do wonders for lower back pain, although it’s always advisable to start slow if you have a pre-existing condition. You should always see a doctor before starting any new exercise or diet regime.

While there is no miracle cure for a bad back, these exercises will certainly help if they are incorporated into your regular workout routine.
