Send your health questions to SAS!

Dr Young is ready for your questions.

Here at Starts at 60 we’re always looking for ways to keep you informed about the latest developments in health and keep you up-to-date on the must-know information for over-60s.

As part of our efforts to make our Health section a place you can rely on for helpful information, based on fact and researched materials, we’re introducing our new in-house doctor, Matt Young, to answer any questions – big or small! – you want to ask.

Dr Young is based in Brisbane and has been a GP for 23 years. He is bright and bubbly character who’s seen it all and still loves treating his patients every day.

If you have any questions about a health issue specific to you, or just a general query you’ve always wondered about, you can write in and ask Dr Young.

Every month, we’ll choose five questions submitted by our readers for Dr Young to answer. Your questions and his answers will be published on SAS so everyone in the community can participate and learn more about a range of health issues.

You know what they say – if you’re curious about it, chances are someone else is, too. That’s why we think a feature like this is so important; it allows us all to seek proper medical advice and learn more about the health issues, curiosities and questions other over-60s have.

You can submit your questions under your name or request that you remain anonymous if you prefer.

So please, spread the word to your friends and family and share this article! We want everyone in the SAS community to have a chance to ask a question and have it answered.

Send you questions to [email protected] with the subject line: Question for Dr Matt Young and keep your eyes out for your question on the site next month!
