Ivana Trump dares to bare in plunging gown at Grammy party

Ivana Trump pulled out all the stops as she attended the Clive Davis and Recording Academy Pre-GRAMMY Gala yesterday on January, 27. Ivana wore her signature bouffant hairstyle with dark, 1960’s style make-up and frosty pink lipstick.

However, it was her choice of dress that wowed onlookers. Ivana chose to wear a plunging blue and nude evening gown with medium length sleeves. The glittering dress featured a leafy design.

She wore a matching blue and gold necklace to accessorise the outfit as well as pairing the dress with some pointed silver heels and a silver clutch bag.

The 68-year-old looked confident, posing on the red carpet for photographers. She certainly wasn’t afraid to show a bit of skin at the event.

The gala and Grammy Salute to Industry Icons, was held in New York City and honoring rap star Jay-Z’s contribution to music over the decades. Many stars attended the event including famous crooner Barry Manilow. He attended the evening looking sharp in a tailored white-and-black suit.

The gala is one of Ivana’s first public appearances since she came out to defend her ex-husband, President Donald Trump. 

Ivana discussed her first husband’s views on Good Morning Britain. She chatted to host Piers Morgan about calling Trump at the White House and being in awe of his presidential win. She also took the time to let the public know he is not racist. She did concede that some of his contentious comment might seem to prove differently.

“I don’t think Donald is racist at all,” she told Piers Morgan. “Sometimes he says these things, which are silly or he doesn’t really mean them, but he’s definitely not racist. I’m sure of that.”

Ivana was married to Donald Trump from 1977 until 1992. They have three children together including Donald Trump Jr., Ivanka Trump and Eric Trump.

Since her divorce, she has written a number of books and columns and had her own line of fashion and beauty products.
