Delicious 4-ingredient caramel fudge

This delicious caramel fudge is easy to make and super delicious.

The delicious melt-in-your-mouth taste of a good fudge is something that’s almost guaranteed to bring childhood memories at the local milk bar rushing back.

While there are some pretty complicated fudge recipes out there, this recipe is super simple and makes smooth caramel fudge that will have you going back for seconds.

Once the mixture is set in the fridge you can enjoy enough fudge to last you at least two weeks; although that may change depending on your willpower. Whip up a quick batch to hand out when friends come over or keep it all to yourself!

Ingredients

  • 395g tin sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp golden syrup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 375g white chocolate

Method

1. Grease a square slice tin and line with baking paper or foil.

2. In a saucepan, add golden syrup, brown sugar and condensed milk and mix together over a low heat for five minutes.

3. Once  mixture is dark and thick, melt in white chocolate and stir until combined.

5. Pour mixture into prepared slice tin.

6. Refrigerate for 3 hours, then check to see if fudge is set. If into squares and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
