Broccoli and beef stir fry

A stir fry is such a tasty and easy meal to whip up during the week, but they can sometimes get boring if you keep using the same old ingredients time and time again. Mix things up with this delicious broccoli and beef version, packed with ginger, garlic and a truly scrumptious sauce. Like all stir frys, it’s quick to make and easy to throw together. Make sure you have all your ingredients prepped and ready so you can quickly throw them into the wok or frying pan and get them tossing. Dish it up with a nice heap of fluffy rice and a sprinkling of sesame seeds for a little crunch!
